Big Sky High School Scholastic Review Survey

 

 

The Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI) will have a team of individuals visit Big Sky High School in Missoula from January 4-7, 2010, to conduct a Scholastic Review. To enhance the review, the school requests that staff, students, parents and community members complete a “perception survey” which is available on this website through 8 p.m., Dec. 29. SENIOR ALL  NIGHT PARTY NEEDS YOUR HELP!!   We need Big Sky parents to help coordinate the Senior All Night Party.  Sophomore to Senior parents are welcome.  We cannot do this without your help!!  Please call Linda Heihn (her number is available in Main Office w/Diane)  with any questions and to sign up.

As you know, Big Sky has had a homeroom program since the school opened. Last year, we implemented the advisory program with much success.  For this year, each advisory group will meet once a week from 9:00-9:45 a.m. on Thursdays, between the first and second periods of the day. Attendance will be mandatory and an integral part of the pass/fail "citizenship" grade that will be included on each student's transcript. Each student will have at least one advisor. More details will be available as the year begins.
