This course is designed for the student who has a definite desire to master the skills and knowledge of welding.  Emphasis is placed on the welding of both ferrous and nonferrous metals and welding in various positions.  The student also gains experience in operation of the gas shielded arc welding machines, and instruction in joint design and a basic understanding of welding symbols and metallurgy.
For grades 10, 11 and 12.
