Week starting Oct 31:  The school sponsored season is over.  Practice continues for those choosing to run Nike Regionals in Boise on Nov. 12.  Please check in with Coach Hamilton before you start and after you finish each day get info and communicate well. Please turn in your uniforms and bags if you are done running competitively.  (Nobody's done running for fun. Once a runner, always a runner!)

Next Fundraiser: Check with Jim Thomas or Flint Garrett about a benefit run to be held Nov 19.

Next Meet is Sat 11/12: Nike Regionals is NOT a school sponsored event.  MHSA rules allow us to use our school issue uniforms. Entries have been submitted for Hunter Guthrie, Nick Hamilton, Brandon Minster, Jon Hamilton, Quinn Staats, Tristen Hollist, and Josh Roadarmel (varsity team) and Nolan Staats, Spencer Mueller, and Conner DeYott (JV team).  Thanks to the three of you who have paid your $15 portion (to go with the $50 that will come from fundraising for each runner.)  We will leave Sentinel Lolo Fri, Nov 11 at noon (coach will leave Sentinel at 11:30 with room for 4 others) and come back after midnight on November 13.  Please bring money for two dinners on the road and a lunch stop in Boise.

Post Season: Nike Nationals are December 3. Please stay in contact with Coach Hamilton at continued practice times for information as it comes available.

End of Season Awards Potluck:  The boys and girls teams will have a joint potluck in the Sentinel cafeteria on November 10 starting at 6pm to hand out awards. A-H bring main dishes, I-P bring salads or breads, Q-Z bring desserts.
